A person who tested positive for COVID-19, which was announced on March 13, involved the Manchester branch of the NH Division of Motor Vehicles at 377 South Willow Street in Manchester. Individuals who were at the Manchester DMV location on the following days may have been potentially exposed to the novel coronavirus that causes COVID-19 and should monitor their health for fever or respiratory illness:

  • Monday, March 2, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Tuesday, March 3, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Wednesday, March 4, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Thursday, March 5, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Tuesday, March 10, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Individuals who were in the Manchester DMV on any of those days and have developed symptoms of fever, cough or shortness of breath should stay home, limit their contact with others, and immediately contact their healthcare provider.

Individuals who were at the Manchester DMV and are not experiencing symptoms should self-observe for symptoms and, if they experience symptoms, should contact a healthcare provider. Please see the self-observation guide pdf file for assistance.

Current Situation

A novel coronavirus (COVID-19) has been identified as the cause of an outbreak of respiratory illness first detected in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China, and which continues to expand. Cases have been identified in the United States, as well as many other countries. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and State and local health departments, including the New Hampshire (NH) Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Division of Public Health Services' (DPHS), are monitoring this rapidly developing situation.
